一、電器部件
裝配式冷庫的電氣系統是由冷庫照明、門防凍加熱器、下水防凍加熱器、吊頂風機控制和溫控系統所組成：
冷庫照明是由防潮燈、照明開關、～220/36變壓器所組成：
變壓器為冷庫照明、門防凍加熱器、下水防凍加熱器提供一個安全、穩定的～36V電源。
（注：若用戶要求冷庫照明帶指示燈時，照明將采用～220V照明系統。）
門防凍加熱器、下水防凍加熱器：
1、門防凍加熱器是防止庫門在低溫下與冷庫凍在一起無法打開。
2、下水防凍加熱器是防止融霜水在下水管道結凍，使融霜水無法排出。
一般情況下，低溫冷庫易發生凍結現象，應采用加熱絲。而中溫冷庫一般不需要。
二、吊頂風機
1、風機是用來強制熱交換的。一般它是用一個限溫開關控制，保證蒸發器降至一定溫度開始運行。同時它又與融霜控制相連鎖保證在融霜過程中，風機停止運行。
2、融霜加熱器是用除支吊頂風機蒸發器上結的霜，從而提高熱交換的效率。它是由融霜時間控制器控制。它終止方式是融霜限溫開關控制的溫度終止方式和融霜時間控制器控制的時間終止方式。
另有一些特殊的冷庫，需要采用特殊的附件來加強和完善冷庫的結構。
冷庫一般應按以下步驟進行安裝：庫體—風機—制冷系統—電器系統—完成。
1、 Electrical components

Door anti freezing heater, water anti freezing heater:
1. The door anti freezing heater prevents the door from being unable to open when it is frozen together with the cold storage under low temperature.
2. The water anti freezing heater is to prevent the defrosting water from freezing in the water pipe, so that the defrosting water can not be discharged.
In general, cold storage is easy to freeze, so heating wire should be used. However, medium temperature cold storage is generally not required.
2、 Ceiling fan
1. Fans are used to force heat exchange. Generally, it is controlled by a temperature limit switch to ensure that the evaporator starts to operate when the temperature drops to a certain value. At the same time, it is interlocked with defrosting control to ensure that the fan stops running in the defrosting process.
2. Defrosting heater is used to remove the frost on the evaporator of ceiling fan, so as to improve the efficiency of heat exchange. It is controlled by defrosting time controller. Its termination mode is temperature termination mode controlled by defrost temperature limit switch and time termination mode controlled by defrost time controller.
In addition, some special refrigerators need to use special accessories to strengthen and improve the structure of refrigerators.
Generally, the following steps shall be followed for the installation of cold storage: storage body fan refrigeration system electrical system completion.
